MG34 TNW Trigger and Saftey problems

Has anyone experienced problems installing the TNW semi-auto trigger in a reweld receiver?
When I installed the actuator and pushed the rear retaing pin in , the safety would no longer lock in the safe mode. ALso, the trigger will not trip the sear no matter how much pressure is applied. With the pistol grip out and the bolt charged, I can depress the actuator with a punch and it will release the firing pin (although it takes a great deal of pressure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have same problem. i just take out the safety. it is kind of useless anyway, safe is belt out of gun and receiver open.
