Full auto MG34's
I am just curious, how many on this list own an original full auto not rewelded or built up MG34? Thanks

I have some c&r MG 34s also a premay. I'm on here when I get the chance. You guys on this sight are engineering geniuses.
I just wish there were this many MG42 & M53 receivers around prior to 86. There would be a lot more registered MG 42s around today.
I worked for a 07/02 back then and we tried to find some with no luck.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I must report that I am quite bummed out today. While I do have a mg34, it came with quite a bit of sacrifice, and I got mine when it only cost $18K. Only $18K. Doesn't sound like much if you say it fast enough, but it is. Anyway. I can't say more, but today I visited two friends of mine that have been big time collectors for years. It would make you guys sick: they have mg's here, there, in this corner, that corner, every corner. All C&R and no junk. I saw at least 6 mg34s today: three with milled topcovers and 4-hole jackets. I won't even mention the mg42s, 08s, mg81s, Brens, Thompsons, amnesty registered AK47s and other stuff. It was interesting to see the things that are out there. It would be more interesting if it were mine, but like many, I came late to the FA game and am pretty much priced out of the market ( unless I can prove I am Anne Nicole Smiths love daddy and that kid is mine). Slim hope there, I must also admit.

Due to popular request, the thread has been clensed of all non thread related posts. To those who lost posts I apologize. I did not split the thread, as the deleted posts were argumentative in nature and could not stand alone on their own merit.. Please do not use the post to continue the off topic discussion in question.

Cruiser, For a transferable MG34 that a private person can own it the USA it cost around 25,000 to 30,000 US $ Some could be a little more or less. There are dealer only MG lke the pre 86 that glass has which runs about half the transferable MG cost, he got a good deal a long time ago I guess. In the USA there are different types of dealer only MGs but my info here is just the basics.
