if you can wait we will be doing a build tutorial in the comng months, which like the 42 may include improvmens=ts to the design for better function :D

trigger group

Howdy! Just wanted to give some info about the tnw old style trigger group.
I finished my m.g. recently(an original reweld, but used tnw trigger group purchased seperately-250.00)

I thought about making the pcs myself but I could not beat 250.00 price even if I made 10 of them. Not worth the trouble.

If you take great care in polishing the areas where the parts rub the most you will simulate the wear of shooting(I always thought the shoot 1000-1500 rouds excuse was a bunch of crap)
My pull is probably around 10 lbs, maybee a little less, I actually get finger tired just trying to pull so fast, not from the actual pressure on the trigger.
Tnw is supposed to be coming up with a new and improved sear system anytime now supposedly?
I recently seen a completely different sear system on a semi . It had a rear sear catch on the bolt, and the trigger sear would snap open momentarily and then back up even with the trigger depressed to make it semi only!!!
I will have to get the name of the place that does this,(they have only made a handfull so far) But it looked very sound and simple in design.
I beleive it cost the fella about 2000.00 with the receiver and mods complete!

Hope this helps you!

Did this tutorial ever come to pass?
I've been looking around but I haven't been able to locate it.
