So what's everyones opinion on this then? Reweldable?

Karb, yep!!! I like to be prepared! 8) :mrgreen: Still need to find a charging handle though..... I didn't want to pay the $60 IMA wanted for one... So I'm on the lookout....

http://www.brpguns.com/mg34.htm has a MG-34 Tune-Up Set ($35): Fring Pin w/ spring, lock, and tail lock (early or late available), Short Recoil Piston Spring (heavy or medium available, buffer w/ spring, and Cocking Handle.

I got a pretty nice one this week from IMA, mine has that funky molasses on it also.

How doable are these 3 cut receivers for a weldup? Should I order 1 or 2 from IMA? Thanks, Chris.....
I have a friend who is an expert welder who can reweld these for me.....
