IMA receivers? Are 3 cuts any good?

Post by ChrisPCook »

Hello, I'm a newbie here, but figured I'd jump on getting an MG34 together before everything is gone! How easy/realistic is it to be able to reweld the MG34 receivers that IMA has? I may order one or two...I have a friend who is an expert welder who can do the reweld for me....should I take the plunge? Chris....

With two it's possible depending on which two they send you, but people here have done it. The jig and fitting have to just as much to do with the finished product as the welding
