I am looking for a German MG42 demilled rear receiver for the purposes of a reweld project I'm doing. Something clean enough to make a good reweld candidate. Thanks

I believe that this is one of the last ones that was posted for sale here.

Gives you an idea of what they look like and a pricing on them. Note the length and think about the amount that you have on your receiver. Then also think about that yugo one that was talked about on another post in the other topic.

I have seen others seen then on gunbroker since then. But they don't show up that often.

Thanks for that link, this is going to be a hard find. I actually wouldnt really mind a Yugo considering the front barrel portion is Yugo as well but even they seem impossible to find. Let the search continue....
