Its not an Angola kit... its saw cut. His were all torch I think...

Who modified the bolt? And is it a one piece or 2 piece FP ???

I believe the board member I purchased it from did but I am not comfortable revealing his identity as I havn't been in contact with him since. If he sees this and wants to add to the discusion please feel free.

Not sure this was originally a saw cut receiver..I think previous owner simply cleaned up the cuts but this is just speculation on my part. Kit fits together very very well and should be cakewalk for those with welding skills.
