There are a surprising amount of these "relics" for sale from overseas on that site, I am no expert on what the revenuers officially consider to be a receiver verses battle-damaged scrap metal, but I am not willing to risk: 10 years in jail, a $250,000 fine, henceforth marked as a felon, and lose many cherished rights of citizenship, to find out.
Unless there were repeal of the 1934 NFA, 1968 GCA, and 1986 FOPA, I would never buy a machine gun receiver unless it were de-milled as per the specifications set out by the revenuers, and it were domestically sold.
Many of these auctions are "buy-it-now" eventually some poor sad-sack is going to get stung on this, and in this climate, he will be screwwwwwwwwwwwed.
