LOL, I will really make you mad.... I traded a couple of pieces for one of my flat bending jigs for the whole front piece! That saved about $75 or so for me. Plus I get to weld the front piece on with basically zero gap instead of a 1/4" one.
Then just yesterday the ratchet plate came in from brpguns.com Now they will all just sit and wait for me to get a chance to work on them.

Thats horrible, those cuts are VERY bad, those critical areas are impossible to rebuild, even for the most experianced welder.

the only good thing about this cut is that you get a complete straight barrel shroud, just need a bearing, dan got your email and sent one your way.
but no matter how you look at it from the trunion back it is trash.

they torch through the front bearing, through one of the rear buffer lugs destroyed the trunion area, the trunion got fd up with a grinder as did the rear rec when removin the rail rivets see the post drooling idiot tom r semi build and you'll see what i had to do to use this rec
