Here's a good learning experience. This bolt head snapped not because of any fault of it's own, but rather, because the BBL extension experienced a cracked locking shoulder which went unnoticed, which then concentrated all forces onto the other side of the extension and into the bolt head at the one roller.
ALWAYS check your BBLs for wear and damages!!! The shooter was lucky with this one.....he escaped serious injury but that may not always be the case.
