Here is a video of one of my SA MG-42s at the firing range. Not bad for a pile of parts. This is not me or at a range in PA but of one of my MG-42s

LOL I just logged on here to post my video and here it is!! Credit years of paintball for the trigger finger.
My friend found a beautiful as-issued Russian 1953 SKS in his dad's closet, so we declared a "stalingrad day" and took a bunch of russian and german guns out into the fresh snow. I heard MG42 weren't accurate, but I found it pretty easy to consistently hit pigeons at 75m on single shot.
Cudos to Rodent on the build. Smooth action and a nice trigger pull. It eats 50 belts of Romanian just as happy as can be. It's a dirty pig just like my Cetme.
Also got a pile of lit from GermanManuals, and they are works of art as well. What a great forum.
