Just walking through some of the older posts and found this one... great video! That two-shot 'runaway' at the end of that slow motion shot would have me a little concerned though.

Hey DARIVS -- Great website! I had already visited it several months ago when I started getting serious about my MG-42 fascination. Needless to say, none of your videos helped to curtail that fascination.

Firing the MG42 FA from a mg34 AA tripod without weight added is a bummer. Gun about knocked me on my kester

Firing prone, on the ground, with body positioned behind the mg is much more fun and accurate! It really doesn't kick that much when prone.
