Just a headsup for anyone that might have used the J&G Sales link for requesting ATF forms online might want to call the ATF to see if they got the request.
I put in a request for the C&R forms over a month ago at least...never showed. Requested again...made sure it said things are being processed, etc.
Waited, nothing.
Called and they have no record of any previous request...so my 3-4 week wait for the forms starts anew...

I requested mine back in October early and got a letter a week later saying they were backordered. I just got the forms Today!

I am a bit late on a reply...but glad your request WAS received by them.
Two times I used the 'offical' ATF site to 'order' the needed forms...it said the order was accepted and to wait 'x' amount of days...and I waited and waited.
Called up...they said there was no record of my request.
anyhow...to update...finally got my forms...took a couple of days to figure out their 'English'...but I have to admit I had called to figure out what exactly they wanted in their questions!
Got a week into it...CLEO should have had it for a few days and the ATF might have put it in their cue.
irks me is I missed out on ALOT of great C&R deals already...but as long as I can get a good k98...then I guess it will be worth it...and I suppose more 'new' items turn up to be C&R eligeable!
