da creek
the mini-gun guys were going nuts with 1,000 round bursts. 15 seconds of brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp at a time. I know I heard 50,000 rounds through the miniguns on Friday. I couldn't even guess on Saturday. The guy with the howitzer was just to the right of me on the firing line.... what a shock wave comes off that thing. The guy with the .50 rifle I wanted to buy was still playing catch up after selling everything he could make to California. About another month and he'll have some more stock for sale.
The weather was wet before the meet, so tracers, flame throwers and such things were in full use. Words cannot adequately explain it. The buzz of the twin MG42s on the pedestal mount was impressive. The guy with the black powder cannon had a fizzle on Saturday. He was pouring water down the fuze hole when I went past. The show was good, lots of junk though. I saw an MG 08/15 top cover that had a hole rusted though for sale. The gates opened at 7am to get in, but you couldn't go through the gunshow till 9am. A bit of a wait, so I had a nice nap back in the car and went in after it opened up.

You wouldn't happen to have a manual for that mount?
