Was just wondering how many if any of the members here are WW1 reenactors and if they go to Newville? I'd like to meet up with some of the German MGs.
Of course I'd have to be captured but it would be interesting.
WW1 reenactors???
Re: WW1 reenactors???
In past years here in Southren Virginia we had a small re-enactment I didn't play with machineguns
this stuff was a little bigger............

Nothing like firing a Krupp field gun in the morning....... It smells like....

Like a lot of black powder..... We begain rapid fire and were given the order to cease fire!
when I looked out across the trench line it looked like a gas attack from all the BP smoke....

Other toys around and about....

I did get to fire off a few bursts from this bad boy...... they were well equipped with
5 spare locks springs and assorted parts.....
