It is obviously WWI. I would have to guess Rommel, but with the id focker it is probably an airman.

nope. Right era. Not quite as famous as Goering or Rommel. He was an airman that is for sure. He was an Ace. Do not concentrate on the first part of the name. More towards the last part (i.e. rolfe).

Last hint, he's a relative. :p
