MG08/15 cart

Hi all -

I am trying to help a friend out. he is looking to build a reproduction of and MG08/15 cart. He has this pic:



And a couple of other fuzzy incomplete pics. We are looking for more photos that better show the details, or even drawings if any exist. Can anyone help out?
