I think its the Three-Pod 16 with Anti-Aircraft extension,

I think Alpencorp nailed it....tripod is an MG16 tripod with AA mount and yes the guy in the front of the pic is using an EM13? (entfernungsmesser) rangefinder. Its an 80cm coincident rangefinder. Could be a larger model as they also had a couple other sizes that were issued. Longer is more accurate but harder to carry and the 80cm units were about the optimum size.....
