Well, not to hijack Ryan's post, but I have a 1916 MG08 Company training manual for $75. Over 240 pages in surprisingly good condition for being 93 years old. Spine is torn somewhat, but still 95% there. All pages present and tight. Several pictures of the gun, sled, and bolt operation, and general training pictures. In German, of course.

Very interesting manual , i already know the spécial optic with the manual of 1918; but not yours!!!!!

I have since long years a steel piece coming from the battlefield; it was found with a lot of MG's accessories, but i never identify it. Now, thanks a lot!!!! i know what it's!
