DWM Commercial Proof Markings. Maxim Model 1909

Guys, a while back I traded a board member for a Maxim tripod style traverse lug, meaning it has no stud on the bottom jaw holding it to the traverse bridge. This one is made to swing off when the gun is removed and is semi permanently pined to the rear lugs of the Maxim. Anyway, we could not figure out who the manufacture of the lug was. No one seemed to have ever seen this artillery shell looking proof with an "H" in it. The closest I had found was a French design but it just did not really fit anything.
Well a few months have gone by and I made a trade for a DWM 1909 Commercial Maxim fusee spring. Its a pretty rare piece as no one seems to have a 1909 Commercial Maxim. Well guess what? It has the same proof on it! So it looks like I have started to piece together a 1909 Commercial Maxim!
Has anyone else have any 1909 Commercial Maxim parts?
