MG08 Pamphlet ?

Dolf Goldsmith's book "The Devils Paintbrush" has a WW1 era pamphlet depicted in it "I have captured a Boche machine gun,what can I do with it" Or something along those lines.it has pictures of French soldiers with a MG08 and gives a quick run down on how to put a captured gun to use.
Does anyone have a copy of this or has it been reproduced? I would be very interested to see a copy if possible.

thank you La Mitraille ! That shows a lot more than in Dolf's book,it looks to be a very interesting document. Does anyone have the English translation version?? I would be very interested to have a scan copy if possible??
