How do you remove the barrel extension plates?

Remove fusee cover; remove feedblock; remove lock; remove top rear crosspin; rotate gripframe backwards and down; remove both closure plates; pulling the crank, slide recoilplate and barrel assembly backwards out of the rear of the receiver; recoil plates can be spread slightly at the front end so the mounting holes clear the trunnions on the barrel extension, thus releaseing the barrel.
