FYI, I have excellent repro traverse clamp handles that will fit any of the traverse clamps used on Maxim sleds.
I also have repro extractor spring gibs that position the fired case for ejection out the ejection tube. If your gun is leaving fired cases in the bottom of the receiver you will need to replace the gib.
I will install both of these items in your respective parts if you need them.

Pics of the repro extractor gib and the repro T+E jam handle.
Jam handle in pic still has color from heat bending, and retaining collar is not in place. Handles offered cold blued, or bead blast textured for painting. They fit and function perfectly.
I will fit the gib to your 08 extractor, or to your MG08 sled T+E.
