I think every gun should come with one. Otherwise it might be a fake. Now the real money is for those smart enough to fake the Certificate of Authenticity. Luckily I think I am the only one smart enough to think of it! :eureka:

LOL! I love this board! I hadn't even seen that about the certificate! :lol:

He's had this gun for several years, it's even been talked about on here before, and I got to handle it and actually see it at the Tulsa Gun Show (Wanenmachers) in April, so I can verify it's not a Cobra creation. :D I am guessing that he would take less than his list price at this point. It's mismatched, but would be a good shooter, I think. It was really nice seeing something besides tables of cowboy cr*p and made up "commemratives" laying around. Actually, there was some good stuff at the last Wanenmachers show, there is a lot more class III there now then there ever used to be. I got two Gew. 98 rifles, I came home really happy! (but without this 08)
