Well (Try a different word.)! the FAL FCG just got delivered....Hmm will I be up all night delivering babies or grinding metal? Of course I just finished cleaning my show figuring it would be next week until I had all the parts. I do have a grip stick Im waiting on from RTG - do I start on the postwar one I already have? Or wait on Robert....decisions, decisions.

I started playing with the Fal parts and then decided I would wait until Orin has all the drawings done. I'd rather have him do the trial and error stuff in the computer vs. me doing it in my shop. Ive also been playing with the bolt firing pin design (along with Orin's kind and gentle corrections). Mostly my wife had my time booked doing 'social' crap which resulted in me imitating the infamous 'Couter Brown' (you yankees wont understand) after too many margaritas....so other than attempting to restore and reweld the beat to (Try a different word.) cocking handle in my kit so I it would work, I didnt do much on the 42 this weekend.
