Thanks to you and Tom R for getting the Firing Pin Dimensions posted. I hope this will help everyone.
The dimensions shown are exactly what are measured from my BRP Firing Pin. I am not sure what the tolerances are, but it does not bind in the Bolt body or head. The Firing Pin is heat treated, but I am not sure what it is. My guess would be in the 45 Rc range at the most, and I think it is a surface hardness only to prevent wear, but allow the inner core of the material to still be flexible and not break easily.
