barrel bushing prints

hello everyone, new to this game and i am going to attempt a mg42 /yugo semi build this fall....my first question......are ther any prints or links to prints for the barrel bushing at the front of the barrel shroud....i have a friend that has a machine shop and i would hate to buy one if he can make it for me.....my kit has the complete bushing torched off......thanks for any help....celticjff

There are actually 3 prints here. The other is the attachment pdf above the first print.

When i did mine, your friend will notice one major issue, those slots on the inside do not go all the way through. This makes broaching it a problem. What he will have to do is actually make some sort of relief cut on the lathe, then broach it.

I made my own bushing ,if you look at this thread it explains how I did mine.I used the proper size woodruff cutter to create the slot bottoms just like the original,then hand broached in my lathe.
