Tig Welding

Hi All, Has anybody tries to use one of Harbor Freight cheap Tig welder ?? Thanks

See my last post. What do you think I used to weld up the feed tray. So far it has welded one SA 42, and lots of other things that needed welded. It ain't a Miller, but then I'm not a professional welder. And I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn either.
It welds what I need welded and it does it well. Can't ask for more than that.

I did stay in a Holiday Inn (really) last night and can tell you the HF welders (TIG) work great. I also have a HF MIG but have not used it yet. Since the HF welder is DC only it will not work with aluminum.

the HF tig is one of the best things they make and a real bargain. I have been using mine for over 2 years with great results.

I just finised a job at a truck stop, where I was stick welding stainless with my HF tig/stick welder, power was from a generator. I was truly amazed!
