Mg42 booster ?

So I know the yugo boosters are marked bk and with the mm on the side but which will work with 8mm ammo?

I think the one I have is 13.5mm

Probably stupid question but I would rather ask.

Since the yugo boosters are made for the M53 which is an 8mm machinegun I'd say the yugo boosters will work for 8mm in the MG42 as well. I've seen boosters with orifice diameters of 11.5mm to 14.5mm used on the MG42 successfully. I'd not go to the small end there as the rate of fire can get out of control unless the gun has some other issue which makes it necessary to up the boost. The big end is probably only good for those guns with no friction or other issues that slow them down. 13.5mm is probably just fine for a normal 8mm gun. Anything from the M53 should work fine on an equivalent MG42 since they pretty much copied the 42 to begin with.
