How many using 8mm Recoup in 308 rifle
Guys.......How many of you are using 8mm recoup in the 308 rifle? What problems are you having?

.308 in 8mm
I have a BRP SA MG42 and I have changed out the barrel and fired the .308 without any problems. I have done this one time with 2, 50 rd belts and had no problem; so far, LOL

I run my C and R MG 42 in .308 most of the time and never had a problem with the original 8mm recuperator in it. It runs a little slower in .308 than in 8mm, but I think that's more the ammo than anything else. I put in the .308 nozzle and barrel, change feed tray and top cover, and it runs fine when I shoot .308.
