FAL fcg

I got in the FAL lower today, got it from sportsmans guide, listed as vg to excellent, NOT!!
however it has all the needed parts, It looks like this is the perfect setup and don't
understand wht brp didn't use it. the parts fit into the gripstick width wise perfectly.
the hammer is long and heavy and the hammer spring is extremely robust, made for
.308 large primers.
I am going to start on it tomorrow and hope to have it done in a few days.

Pirate,

Hold off a few days, 7.62X51 is going to CAD model it and get exact placement locations. It may save you some grief. Im inpatient for them as well, but Orin's drawings will do nothing if not save hours of frustration/testing/reworking on the back end....
