Help needed on a build

Post by METALSMITTY45 »

When charging the MG42 does the barrel and bolt assembly stay together momentarely ? Basicaly when I charge mine it requires some force to first pull back because the recoupertor is being compressed by the barrel/bolt assembly until the camming piece presses in the rollers unlocking it about 3/8'' back before the bolt releases and the barrel sharply returns to forward position. :?
