The Barrel is easy; Intrordnance has them for $49 ea. and they are WWII Barrels in great condition. The Top Cover and the Feed Tray are the hard parts to find. The Booster assembly is the last part/s you will need, or you might can get another .308 set and bore out the Booster for 8mm. You may want to try Allegheny Arsenal for these parts.
I want another WWII Feed Tray and have my name on a waiting list with Robert Johnson. I have no idea when they may arrive. When I got my MG42, I could find the 8mm parts, but had a tough time finding the .308 parts, now it is reversed, Good Luck!
