Help!!!! BRP rear receiver......a little snug.

I have a BRP receiver for the back half of my project. Everything was going together great until I put the Recuperator assemble in....and then attempted to put the left rail back in....I must have short changed room somewhere....the rail holes do not line up and the rail is jammed against the top of the receiver. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Talk about being in a "tight spot".

it sounds like the recuperator is not fully seated. it should sit flat in the rear of the gun.

I'm also building a BRP reciever? What grinding are you talking about? I got my rails and recouperator in without too much trouble....Or did I F-up???
