Has anyone considered a built on the orginal front AA sight. I know Dan has the rear piece on his website for 50.00. However the front one seems to be the hard to get now. Does anyone have any drawings for this? It does not look to hard to build. I have been looking at one for sale on gunbroker. To my suprise no one has bought it yet. Any feedback anyone.

I dont see any point in building one. there are a lot of replicas and they arent super high priced.
northbridge has a listing for original AA sights. But when you call in they tell you they only have repros left and they arent too pricy.
The originals with proper markings etc arent that rare(if you are willing to pay the price)
some greedy dealers ask obscene prices but if you look hard enough once in a while you will find a fare priced original.
there are many fakes with markings you really have to know what to look for.
