Re: WTB MG3 Mount
Thanks Salt. I bit the bullet and got the full ring assembly. I would still be interested in the one that you have though. I got the 42 bug bad and have 2 semi autos currently possibly working on a third.

Re: WTB MG3 Mount
Me personally I do not have an import license. I know someone who does so I may have to go that route of getting one. Alternately I wouldnt be opposed to doing a form 6 and waiting for approval of it. I have also been looking at going the route of just buying the full ring assembly and mount from rtg.

WTB MG3 Mount
I am looking to buy the mount for the ring or double mount. I missed purchasing the one from rtg. I am willing to pay a bit over what they originally sold for. I am working on a project for adapting it to a m2 tripod and figure this is the best and easiest route to take. I would also entertain other...

WTB Brp semi auto mg42 bolt
I am almost done with my mg42sa build and am wanting to get the brp complete bolt for it. I may be interested in a converted bolt also depending on price. Let me know what you have and how much you are looking to get for it.
Thanks,
Hunter
Thanks,
Hunter

Re: Project help/ introduction
Well if it were mine, I would solve the threading issue first. I find it hard to believe that BRP would have installed a bad bushing but things do happen. If the bushing is a bad bushing, I would call BRP and ask if you can ship the parts to BRP and ask if they would fix it. Replacing a bushing is ...

Re: Project help/ introduction
I have collecting MG42 parts for a while now and years back I ordered two of the mg3 flash hiders from RTG and I think you are referring that part as the booster. One of the parts was threaded just fine but one of them was damaged. I had a bushing from a used weapon and it too was damaged. You coul...

Project help/ introduction
Hello everyone Id like to start by introducing myself. My name is Hunter. I am rather new to the Mg42/3 platform but have been doing quite a bit of research. I do have quite a bit of experience with roller locked firearms but very little in the ways of building them. I recently was given an incomple...
