Re: Firing Pin Spring

I replaced the TNW firing pin spring with the original spring and now the gun runs perfectly just as I hoped. I used 1970's Romanian surplus and didnt get any weak primer strikes. Hope this info helps others.

Re: Firing Pin Spring

Good info. Does anyone know if the original firing pin spring will ignite primers on Romanian surplus 8mm?

Lockup on Semi

FAL Fire Concrol Group

Where is the best place to purchase a complete FAL FCG? All the sites I checked out just sell the indivdual parts. Since I'm not real familiar with this setup and don't know all the individual pins, springs ect required I'm looking for a complete package

AR vs FAL Fire Control Group

Which is the preferred setup? AR or FAL trigger conversions?

I'm sure some people will prefer one over the other and vice versa. What's the pros/cons of each? Thanks

Select Fire Conversion?

Anybody ever merge a select fire MG 74 trigger group to a registered MG42 receiver? Wondering if everyone has successfully built a select fire MG 42

Thanks
