Help! MG34 barrel Bearing stuck...
I'm not sure if I'm properly identifying the part, i saw it labeled as barrel bearing once though. its the part of the booster/flash hider assembly that connects directly to the barrel shroud, then the booster/ flash hider screws into it... Mine seems to be stuck, and stuck really good, I cant get i...

Re: F/A MG34 stoppages...
I did replace the main spring and the recuperator spring as well less thank 10,000 rounds ago so I think those are good, but feedblock springs is a great idea, does anyone know where to get new springs for the feedblock??

F/A MG34 stoppages...
So my MG34 has been chugging right along for a few years now with no real problems as long as I'm using decent ammo, I attended a desert shoot here in phoenix and ran into 4 total failures, out of 1100 yugo m76 sniper and 5000 or so Romanian 8mm. the failure rate isnt bad at all its just how it fail...

Re: Ammo question...
I have a case of yugo 50's 8mm that I constantly have trouble with primers popping out of the casing and getting stuck in the interrupted threads in the barrel extension, its definitely the ammo and not the gun because everything else I've used in it works just fine with no popped out primers. I'll ...

Ammo question...
so I've been looking for ammo thats decent enough to feed my MG34, at the moment 8mm pickings are pretty slim but I am able to find the Yugo sniper rifle ammo that was made in the 90s, it looks like good stuff but has anyone used it in their '34? I'm considering either getting a bunch of that sniper...

Re: The Best of the Best
yes please share some close pictures when you get that amazingly complete kit, I had thought about buying it for a long while since my mg34 (nfa) isnt matching anyway, but I bought the wife a f/a mini uzi instead (and shes awesome enough to love it), impressive kit though especially considering the ...

Re: receiver/barrel jacket fit
the receiver is a registered dewatt, and the looseness is in the underside of where the receiver lockup seems tight enough on the top but it bobbles on the bottom. a gap cant be seen but it physically bobbles up and down a little

receiver/barrel jacket fit
I found a really great condition cra barrel jacket no pits and it was either reblued or has complete original bluing, so naturally I want to use it with my NFA reciever as its barrel jacket isnt anywhere near as pretty as this one is and is mismatched anyway, my problem is that the receiver/barrelja...

Another MG3 tripod question
while I know that the MG3 tripod isn't made for the MG34 it is easily adapted to use with one, I got mine at a tenth the price of the original so I'd like to retrofit it to work, I've got a machinist working on a new latch piece to replace the front mount. My question is about the actual springs on ...

Re: Is the lafette mount worth getting?
I wrestled with the same issue, after spending 20k on the gun itself I had a hard time finding a Lafette that was in good enough condition to justify the 3k+ that they seem to go for now not counting the optic. Instead I bought an mg3 Lafette from RTG parts here in phoenix, it doesnt have the search...

mg42 ring mount for the '34?
so the wife shut down the idea of cutting a hole in my explorer to get one of these ring mounts, however I'd still like to know how the gun itself attaches to the mount and if it seems feasible to adapt it for use with an MG34 instead

Re: My XMG/34 build
Outstanding finishing job! it looks great, glad to hear its running smoothly as well. I used to own one before the ATF killed all the fun and I loved it! In fact it inspired me to go after the real deal, and with its (and many others) sale helped to fund my favorite machinegun a dewatt MG34 And I ag...

set of locking cams
I've got a set of good serviceable MG34 locking cams, discovered these in some random parts boxes I had. I apologize for the quality of the picture, if you need a better look at them let me know I'll have my wife take some pics with her fancy camera :wnana: Hows about $45 shipped if in US and we'll ...
