Can someone tell me what this stock looks like been trying to find pictures of it and how the sling attached at the front of the receiver.

I am new to the Mg42 world and was wondering how to correctly load the belts in to the German cans I have been looking around the net and haven't found anything that show how to load them.

I just picked up my MG42 and now in the process of getting a list together of what I need to buy for the old girl and right from the gate I know I need belts and a loader. I have the org. 8mm set up and was wondering if I can use the 308 belts on 8mm and vise versa. I would also like to buy one load...

I have the barrel that came with gun and it has matching numbers to the gun, all I am doing to the gun now is get it running and all cleaned up.

Well after 16 month of legal fee's and waiting on BATF I was able to get the MG42 that a friend of mine had found with no paperwork that the family's Grandfather had captured in WWII, I have everything from the Form 6 he used in 1946 to register this gun to the newspaper article when the gun was shi...

It will take a while I sure because I have to open the guy estate because his heirs did finish the transfer to them so there is some legal work being done before the form 4s can go in to the BATF but something are worth waiting on.

I have a really nice MG42 in the tranfer all matching number including the barrel I just bought from an estate from the guy that kill 3 nazi's and made it in the front page of the newspaper and I have all that to.

Just bought this piece. Made for the norwegian army. Mine fits right on my browning M2 tripod looks sweet can't wait to get my gun as I am waiting on a form 4 to clear and I am the 3rd owner The 3 dead nazi's the guy that killed the Nazi's and then me the gun made the front page Of the WV Newspaper...

I figured it out the Recuperator tube was not down all the way at the rear and was sitting on top of the piece that hold the grip stick so the rail fit now.
