There are several solutions for mounting troops, i count 2 tripods and some expedient trench mount.
There are also a lot of mountain accessories....

Imblitzvt, your picture is a capture Russian's MG on a german sledmount; and for georgthomas, the MG on your picture is a german naval MG with the naval tripod. The soldiers are from sea bataillon....
