Re: tnw mg34 sear trip arm
Hey Guys,
I changed my TNW spring out as well for an original spring from a full auto bolt I had, huge difference.
Now if I can just figure out a cure for the trigger I will be a happy man. :-)
Cheers

Re: Identify This Can???
Thanks Matt, Bergflak (Reidar) has also confirmed this... This one came with the MG13 sold from Germany to Portugal, and never saw any German service. It has the typical pre 1939 camouflage. The typical set-up for the MG34 was a standard 300 round box with two of these cans. The Petroluem cans are s...

Re: MG42 Question for Michael J
Hey, Thanks Michael, I figured that was the way. I'm waiting on the MG34 first, burn up some 8mm with that before attempting a build. Perhaps sometime in the spring I will dive into it. Not really bashing Marstar, have bought lots of stuff from them over the years, it just peevs me off there website...

Re: TNW MG-34
Hey BC Guy...this one was purchased from Marstar, but its being sold private sale now.
Prices...
I can purchase the one in the photos for $3000 CDN. I know its a deal, I was just concerned if these TNW reworks had any serious issues.
Sounds like I can't go wrong with it...

TNW MG-34
Just a general question about TNW's S/A MG-34 I have one lined up to purchase here in Canada, any good or bad points to consider before making the plunge? What is their S/A set-up like? There is ZERO information on their website and the piece I'm looking at purchasing is about 1200 miles away, so no...

Ed,
I realized that after I posted and of course on this forum, you cannot go back and correct typos!
How common was the mis-match of dates on these?

Re: MGZ40 Pre Purchase Opinion... Comments Please
Well,
I passed on this MGz40.
There will be a better one out there that is more original. I really wanted a MGz34 anyhow.
Cheers and thanks for all the input. As usual, everyone is more then helpful on items like this.

Frank,
Good question on the additional accessories for the scope. I will ask the seller. I would assume he would have had them in the photos he supplied me though...
