My 2 cents. It looks like on the last round the gate popped open and then you had an ftf. You then charged the gun again pushing the gait out even further. I think you should check the engagement of the gait door and get as much bite as possible. The spring on the latch gets weak and moves with reco...

I built my kit from a cold steel reciever and did it just like you described without a problem. I welded in my front bushing first in the same location as the original. I'm not saying this is the best way but I am testifying that it will work out ok. I also used as may reference points as possible f...

I would like to find out what the correct grip covers are for the mg42. I am aware of the brown plastic but would the yugo black plastic also be correct?
