What should one expect to pay for an m53 kit missing the barrel and muzzle bearing? It may also be missing the feed tray.

John, I believe it's $30 for 3 years on the C&R. At least that's what I seem to recall paying for mine.

Actually the guy with the original one wasn't running around the field, that I saw anyways. He was just sitting back at the camp. He told me the value was either $23k or $30k. I don't recall. He said it's the only one in his entire collection he has insurance on.

Nope, in Southern Michigan at Willow Run. It was the first reenactment I've been to and I was pleasantly impressed. They tout it as North America's Largest Armored WWII Battle Reenactment.

I went to a reenactment this past weekend and want to know about a couple of k98's with scopes I saw. What are the two types of scopes/mounts seen here?
