TNW Trigger Assembly

Folks: TNW apparently has a new trigger pull assembly that reduces the ungodly trigger pull on their earlier semi designs. Does anyone know anything about that?

Guys:

Sorry, but I have been busy. removing the spur and shaping the hammer was just the key. I also had to narrow the hammer a little to get the charging handle to clear after I cut it down - this board is great!!! Now, off to the range! :D

I will look at cutting the charging handle - I don't think that would eliminate the problem with the bolt but would certainly mitigate it. A little grinding after that might allow the bolt to clear.

Thanks for all the help Guys. A little bevel and polishing with the retaining nut in the right direction solved the problem. Drooling Idiot's link was a really big help.

The nut was is and reversing it shotened the plunger but not enough to allow the barrel to be inserted. I made a spacer that solved the problem.

recuperator plunger too long

I find that the recuperator plunger (the piece that bears against the barrel) is about 1/4 inch too long making it impossible to install the barrel without depressing the plunger with a screwdriver first. I have added a spacer which holds the plunger in the recuperator housing far enough to allow a ...

Hey Sevo: I like your aluminum gutter idea. How do you seal the end caps? What is RTV?
