Never seen this type of tripod before... Looks like an M2..

Looking through videos on YouTube I found this one of the Norweigen army doing some range firing of their MG3s... The first few seconds is an MG3 on a tripod with what looks like some type of spade grips, with the stock taken off, sitting on a tripod that looks similar to our M2 tripod...
