MG-x39 MG42/M53 7.62x39 conversion kit sign-up

We are taking pre-orders for another batch of our MG-x39 conversion kits. We sold out of the latch batch and are only going to be doing a run about every 12 months or so due to other obligations in the shop. So if you want one, have been wanting one, or might want one, you may want to get on the list. I need 16 more barrels sold to run another batch of barrels. If we have 200 barrels, we will do 200 barrels. I need at least 16 more to run a batch of barrels though. You will be required to do a 25% nonrefundable deposit on your conversion kit, once we have at least 16 barrels called for and we start making barrels. The list is currently just a sign-up list, no funds due.

These kits allow true drop-in caliber conversion to 7.62x39. No modification are needed to your gun, your springs, or parts. You swap the parts over and shoot, there will be some adjusting needed to your top cover to tune it to your gun, once tuned it is drop-in. You are welcome to send us your gun and we will tune the kit to your gun, free of charge, you pay return shipping. Our booster system allows for gas adjustment, this lets you tune the booster to your specific gun and also allows for cyclic rate adjustments. The kit uses standard MG42/M53 belts and cheap 7.62x39. Our barrels are 100% USA made, chrome lined for longevity, and parkerized for corrosion resistance. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

The kits include the following:
1 top cover
1 feed tray
1 barrel with barrel extension
1 booster assembly
1 bolt head headspaced to your barrel/s
1 booster and bolt head box
1 set of MG-x39 user manual

Pricing is as follows:
1 conversion kit with 1 barrel - $1250.
1 Conversion kit you supply a 308 top cover, feed tray, and barrel extension - $1050
Additional barrels, we provide the barrel extension - $325
Additional barrels, you provide the barrel extension - $300

You can have as many kits and barrels as you want. But once we start to run this batch of barrels, anyone signing up after will be limited to 2 barrels, one with your kit and 1 additional. So if you want 3 barrels or 5 barrels, its best to get on the list.

Barrel turnaround from the time we start till they are back from chrome is approx 2-3 months depending on the back-log of the chromer. From the time we receive the barrels back to delivery will be approx 2-3 weeks depending on how many kits we are making.
