Replacing links in a belt

Post by Otis Cambell »

How easy is it to replace damaged individual links in a belt. It looks straight forward - am I fooling myself? Looks like bend one end on attachment wire, rotate wire and remove, replace link(s) and reverse for wire installation. What am I missing??

two sets of good quality needle nose pliers are a big help - other than that, its a simple task.
