Izzy barrel

Just got my 34 kit which had a Israeli marked MG34 barrel. It was made in 4-55 and the bore looks brand new. Anyone know anything about these barrels.

The Izzy barrels are chrome lined and therefore it should last a long time. If they wear anything like the 1919 .308 Izzy barrels it might out last the weapon.

I bought one from IMA a while back. A bit too many cross outs and overstamps for me...looks like yours is nice though.

A little wear on the outside as you can see, but the bore looks brand new. I don't think this barrel has been fired. I'm having a hell of a time trying to get a clean pic of the bore, so I gave up!..lol
