MG42 Lafette Parts Breakdown Drawings

Post by 762x51 »

I had posted these drawings several years back but the files must have gotten removed from the server at some point.

The manual these came from is in Serb but the illustrations are very helpful if you are rebuilding or repairing one.

If you want to get all of the illustrations in a PDF file click here: http://www.autochart.com/MG42/Lafette/MG42_Lafette.pdf
Note: 2.1 Mbyte file size.

Hi Bil -

Been a while since I last made a post here - Just busy with other projects and not near as active on the boards as I used to be.
Retirement is great but I told the wife that I was going to get a job so I could take a break........

Glad to help..... I have a friend that speaks Serb and they are translating the legends and call outs for each illustration.
It will probably be a while but I'll post that info whenever I get it.

I have no info on the optics -
John Baum at http://www.germanmanuals.com/index.html has operators manuals translated to English.
John also has an excellent Lafette 34 manual - Much better illustrations with English nomenclature.
