Those photos are sexy, in a mechanical non-female sense of course... :) How do they (metal tips) attach to the buttstock, are they pinned and riveted, or screwed in? Can they be retrofitted (the metal tips) onto a standard bakelite stock? I guess I need to go back and look at my one bakelite buttstock.... thanks, Chris....

I'll see if I can get some close ups this weekend I suspect its somewhat molded into place :cross: - there are some pins(?) through the metal. Not about to dissassemble it. :lol:

the bakelite stocks with the metal tips are molded different than the stocks without them. you can not add the metal tips to a non metal tip buttstock. they are held on by screws and nuts. - matt
